SNAP Workforce Far North Queensland is a Queensland-based employment and training initiative supporting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander jobseekers across remote and regional Australia. We specialise in placing candidates into mining, construction and skilled labour roles, while delivering hands-on, trauma-informed training that builds confidence, capability and long- term success.

Our programs are designed with community, not just for it. We work side-by-side with local leaders to deliver work-based literacy, numeracy and digital skills, tailored to the realities of remote employment. From understanding payslips and timesheets to navigating Centrelink transitions and workplace induction, we prepare our trainees for every step of the journey.
